Im looking for some short games, that I can play just to keep occupied, nothing big like Runescape or anything, games like Tactical Assassin, Commando 2, and other short games like that.
Im into shooting games, but also puzzle games such as Isoball, Super Stacker and Bloxorz.
I also really like assassination games, like Urban Sniper, Sniper Assassin etc etc.

Check out the new site: http://www.playgamesarcade.com/
It still new but evolves depending on what playing people are playing, searching for, rate high or low or comment, etc, and adds new games daily accordingly. In other words, if people play a lot of puzzle, it will add more related puzzles and even drop the ones no-one plays or likes.
I'm sure your find games like those ones listed or similar and more. What online games should I play?

Boxhead is pretty fun. If you're looking for short flash games to pass the time, try websites mentioned above such as miniclip and addictinggames.
Otherwise..Plants vs Zombies and Peggle Deluxe are pretty fun
