What is the best non-online, one-player game that could be played on an airplane or in a car while travelling?

Obviously, I want to know a good one-player PC game that could be played for 1-2 hours straight, and can be continued to be played few hours after, without getting bored.



Possible genres that I like RPG, Adventure, Action, Puzzle, Strategy.

There isn't really any like that.



But maybe you could buy Harvest Moon or MySims for the DS. They are practically the same as Animal Crossing and My Sims is often quite cheap to buy.

dont say something like civilization (the game) or sims. I want something that you can play free online..I heard of puzzle pirates but I dont really like that..

Online game, can't remember the name?

Ok so, There is this game, And I have no idea what it's called but I really want to play it again!



Basically there are around 10 objects and a patch of land, you have to click the objects in a certain order to complete the game, one object would effect another once you place it on the patch of land.

Sorry if Im a little dodgy on the details!

Oh and it had little people who would move around to the certain objects and make them work.

A really fun and addicting online game is MyBrute. You get to make your own little person and fight other people with your little person. And over time, you get things like axes, bears, spears, shields, and stuff like that to fight.
